Guiding You Through Louisiana’s Hurricane Ida Mediation Program
The attorneys at Cashe Coudrain & Bass offer legal representation for homeowners and business owners involved in Hurricane Ida insurance disputes. The Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance has approved a Hurricane Ida mediation program for all authorized insurers and their insureds to resolve disputes for personal lines insurance claims of up to $50,000. Insurers and policyholders may voluntarily participate in the mediation program, which was created in October 2021.
If you are a homeowner or business owner, our attorneys can represent you and protect your interests during this mediation process. Our goal is to resolve your dispute in the most cost-efficient manner possible. We offer our services for a flat attorney fee of $1,000 in the mediation, regardless of outcome.

You Do Not Have To Go Through The Process Alone
As a policyholder, you may have an attorney represent you during the mediation. Policyholders and insurers are allowed to make their case with the help of appraisers, contractors, adjusters and other knowledgeable individuals. At Cashe Coudrain & Bass, we can help you build your case and represent you during this mediation process.
With more than 100 years of combined experience, our attorneys at Cashe Coudrain & Bass can provide the counsel and representation you need to put your life back together and resolve your dispute.
